Questions before you buy
What's the difference between a license and a plan?
A license is paid once, per seat, and the plugin is yours to keep. Bring your own AI, or add token packs when you need them. Indie and Studio include the plugin and a monthly pool of AI tokens for as long as the plan is active.
I already own Version 1. Do I pay again?
No. Version 2 is a free update for every owner, from Fab or from this site. If you want monthly AI tokens on top, the Owner Add-On gives you them at the owner rate, with no new license.
Can I use my own API key or a local model?
Yes, with every option. Your own keys, local models and coding agents like Claude Code and Codex never use your tokens.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes, any time, from your account. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then stops renewing. The time left is not refunded. See the refund policy.
Who can buy token packs?
Anyone with a license or an active plan on their account. Pack tokens never expire. Bought on Fab? Link your Fab order to your account first, then buy packs in the shop.
How can I pay?
Licenses: card, PayPal or 350+ cryptocurrencies. Plans: billed through Dodo Payments, and you manage them from your account.
We're a team. How does that work?
Licenses are per seat, one developer per seat, and get cheaper as you add seats: up to 20% off from ten. For a whole studio on one invoice, see Teams.
Who gets the private support channels?
License owners (bought here or on Fab) and Studio subscribers get the private support channels on Discord, with the Verified Owner role. Indie subscribers can add Priority Support. Help in the public community channels is open to everyone.
