4. Digital Products

After requesting a refund, you must cease using the product and delete all copies in your possession. Continued use after a refund is unauthorized and violates our licensing terms.

5. Subscription Services

For subscription services, you may cancel at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of the initial subscription, you will receive a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with no refund for the unused portion.

Frivolous or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and loss of access to all purchased products.
