Manage devices

A seat is taken by a machine that is currently using the plugin, and it frees itself automatically once that machine stops checking in. Devices you no longer use don't hold a seat. Use this page to release one immediately if you need the slot back right away.

What holds a seat?

Each plugin install registers a token with our server. A seat is held only while that install is actively checking in; after a short idle period the seat is released on its own. So an old machine you've stopped using, or a reinstall that registered a fresh token, will show here as idle and is costing you nothing.

Why no PII?

We deliberately don't show machine names or IPs here: that data isn't collected by the current plugin. Match a device by its short ID, which the plugin shows in its Licensing settings.
