What it means
Your account exists but the email hasn't been confirmed yet. The trial cannot be activated until your account is verified.
How to fix
Check your inbox (and spam) for the verification email we sent during signup. If you can't find it, go to /trial/downloads and click "Resend verification email".
already_used Your trial has ended

What it means
This account has already used its 5-day trial, and the trial period has expired.
How to fix
The trial is one-shot per account. Get the full version to keep using the plugin. Bonus: you're eligible for the refund giveaway if you buy before Friday 22 May.

What it means
A trial was already activated on this hardware under a different email. Each machine can only host one trial.
How to fix
Either use the original account that activated the trial here, or run the trial on a different machine. To remove the hardware lock and start fresh, upgrade to the full version.

What it means
You activated the trial on another computer. Trials are locked to a single machine.
How to fix
Switch back to the original machine to keep using the trial, or get the full version which is per-seat and works across your devices.

What it means
The code you entered doesn't match the one we sent, or you entered an old code from a previous email.
How to fix
Open your inbox, find the latest "Your trial code" email, and copy the most recent code. Click "Request new code" in the plugin if you need a fresh one.

What it means
You've entered 5 wrong codes in a row. The current code has been locked for safety.
How to fix
Click "Request new code" in the plugin to get a fresh OTP. Make sure you're copying the latest code from your most recent email.

OTP codes expire after a short window. The one you entered is too old.
How to fix
Click "Request new code" in the plugin and enter the new one within a few minutes.
